Richard E. Janosko, CPA, MBA, Managing Director is originally from Pennsylvania, and has his B.S. degree from the University of Connecticut and his MBA from the University of Hartford. He worked for Ernst & Young and has managed his own accounting firm. His experience also includes positions in financial management (CFO and Controller) for major corporations in the Insurance, Consumer Products, Forest Products and Consulting industries. His experience encompasses more than 20 years of Business Management, Tax Preparation, and Accounting experience with significant international exposure and practice in implementing International Accounting Standards. He is a member of the Connecticut Society of CPA's and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has been town chairman for the annual heart fund drive, active in other charitable & business organizations, and a youth baseball & basketball coach. He currently resides in Spring Hill.

John Dougherty, CPA MBA, is originally from Pennsylvania and has a B.S. degree from La Salle University and MBA from New York University. He worked for Price Waterhouse in New York City before settling in Florida 20 years ago. He is also a licensed insurance agent and registered investment advisor. He currently serves as the Chairman of Pasco Hernando Community College Foundation and has previously been Chairman for the Greater Hernando Chamber of Commerce and the Keep Hernando Beautiful organization. He served as District Treasurer for Rotary International. He presently resides in Spring Hill with his wife Susan.

Dave Ormiston, CPA, our East Lake Office Manager, earned his bachelor's degree from West Virginia University in 1994. He continued on with his Masters of Accountancy at USF, graduating in 1997 with a concentration in taxation. Dave is presently Chairman of the Board of the Upper Tampa Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce & has served on the Board since 1996. He also participates in their Ambassador Committee. Dave has 15 years of experience with Janosko, Dougherty & Associates.

Dennis Lucas, CPA, is our New Port Richey Office Manager. He was born and raised in New Jersey where he earned an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University. Dennis has a total of 25 years in Accounting, Finance, and Computer Systems Management. He also is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Bernadette Gerber graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Accounting/Mgt from St. Leo University. Originally from New York, she moved to Florida in 1980 and has been in the accounting field her entire adult life. She has experience as a Controller & CFO of several large local companies. She has appeared on cable TV providing tax tips and taught tax preparation courses for a national competitor. Bernadette is also actively involved in her church. She volunteers as a Minister of Holy Communion, makes home visits to the elderly/disabled and is the bookkeeper for the Religious Gift Shop.

She has a BA from the University of Maine, Orono, in Math, along with 15 years of experience in bank reconciliation, customer service, and management support. She has been with us for six years now.
